Background

Raghwani Construction was jointly founded in 1982 by Mavji Jeshani and Harji Raghwani. It was later incorporated in the year 1989 chaired by Harji Raghwani. It started on a small scale but over the years has grown, evolved, diversified and emerged as one of the leading contractors in providing a wide range of services recognized and based on quality. Raghwani Construction is also co-existent in Kenya under the corporate names of Structural Construction. Raghwani Construction forms the main subsidiary of Raghwani group of companies.

Raghwani group undertakes work through the following major companies.

am of building and civil engineering contracts in Uganda.
3. Uganda Joinery & Steel Fabricators Ltd Undertakes the manufacture of a wide range of joinery and steel products both on retail and contract basis.
4. Raghwani Hardwares Main dealers in a wide range of building products including brass ironmongeries.
5. Terra floor Ltd. Under takes the manufacture of a wide range of pre-cast building products and terrazzo tiles patterned in various forms, One of its kind in the country.
6. Raghwani Properties Ltd. Undertakes the mainstream of developing both residential and commercial buildings.
Raghwani Construction is a full service contractor that brings complex commercial, residential, medical recreation, leisure centres and other construction projects to successful completion on time and on budget.

Example: Golf Course project, in Kampala, off Kitante road. The project involved the construction of 60 luxurious apartments, office blocks, sports centre, health centre and swimming pool.
